A short prayer to hand worries over to God.
Jesus, I trust in you. You see the worries I carry and the thoughts that will not rest. I place them in your hands. Calm my mind, steady my heart, and give me the peace that the world cannot give. Help me take the next step with you, one moment at a time. Amen.
About this prayer
"Have no anxiety at all, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, make your requests known to God" (Philippians 4:6). The words "Jesus, I trust in you" come from the Divine Mercy devotion.
