TractScripture & Tradition
Protestants hold the Bible is the only rule of faith. Catholics hold, as the Bible itself indicates, that the rule of faith is Scripture together with apostolic Tradition, taught by the Church's living Magisterium. The verses cited for "Scripture alone" do not teach it, and Jesus condemned only human traditions that void God's word.
