Yes, you may follow your doctor's advice. Legitimate treatment needed to heal the body is not contrary to Church teaching, even if infertility is a foreseeable result, provided it is not directly intended.

You may follow your doctor's advice. Legitimate medical procedures and medications needed to heal the body do not conflict with Church teaching.

In Humanae Vitae (15), Paul VI wrote that the Church does not consider illicit the therapeutic means necessary to cure bodily diseases, even if a foreseeable impediment to procreation results, provided that impediment is not directly intended for any motive whatsoever.
