Can I give a priest permission to talk about my confession?
The short answer
No. A penitent cannot give the priest permission to break the seal. You can, however, discuss the matter with him outside of confession, and he may then talk about that conversation. The seal binds even after the penitent's death.
The seal cannot be waived
You may not give a priest permission to break the seal of confession.
Another conversation
What you can do is talk the matter over with him outside the sacrament. He could then speak about that separate conversation.
Even after death
The seal continues to hold after the penitent has died.
